2. SHIPPING POLICY

2.1 Shipping Destinations

We ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates to all 7 emirates:

Abu Dhabi
Dubai
Sharjah
Ajman
Umm Al Quwain
Ras Al Khaimah
Fujairah

International shipping is not available at this time.

2.2 Shipping Method

Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over AED 200.

2.3 Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST (Sunday-Thursday) are processed the same day
Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Friday/Saturday are processed the next business day
Business days: Sunday through Thursday (Friday and Saturday are not business days)

2.4 Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Email confirmation with tracking number
SMS notification with delivery updates

Tracking numbers become active within 4-6 hours after shipment.

2.5 Delivery Process

Carrier will make up to 2 delivery attempts
If both attempts fail, the package is returned to our warehouse
You will be responsible for reshipping fees (AED 25) if redelivery is requested

2.6 Failed Delivery

If your package is returned due to:

Incorrect address provided
Recipient not available after 2 attempts
Refusal to accept the package

You will be charged AED 25 for reshipping.

2.7 P.O. Box Addresses

P.O. Box addresses are accepted, but a valid phone number is required for delivery notification.

3. PAYMENT POLICY

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available for all UAE orders
Additional AED 10 fee applies
Payment must be made in exact cash (drivers do not carry change)
COD orders over AED 500 require 50% advance payment via card
Refusal to accept COD order will result in AED 25 restocking fee

3.3 Payment Security

All card payments are processed through secure SSL encryption
We use PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways
We do not store your full card details on our servers
3D Secure authentication may be required for certain cards

3.4 Payment Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation immediately after successful payment
If payment is not received within 15 minutes, your order will be cancelled
For COD orders, confirmation is sent upon order placement

3.5 Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

Check that your card details are correct
Ensure sufficient funds are available
Contact your bank to verify international/online transactions are enabled
Try an alternative payment method

After 3 failed payment attempts, your order will be cancelled automatically.

3.6 Currency

All prices are listed and charged in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). Your bank may apply currency conversion fees if your account is in a different currency.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION

4.1 Before Shipment

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement for a full refund:

Contact support@blushowerfilters.com with your order number
Refund processed within 5-7 business days

4.2 After Shipment

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Please follow our return policy instead.
